"Eric and his team saved the day for me with a quick response to an emergency when tubes on my aging water heater burst. They were at my home the same day I called for a look and did a first-rate job installing a tankless heater a few days later (the delay resulted from ordering the water heater online, which required about five days for delivery). Eric also referred me to an excellent restoration company, which used driers to clean out some soaked areas and inspected for any damage or mold (there was none). He also referred me to an electrician, who installed a new socket/box for the tankless heater. Can't say enough good things about Eric and his employee who were knowledgeable, professional and polite."

"Had a broken cold water shut off valve in the laundry room that was leaking. My long time plumber moved away recently. Called Eric based on his 5 star online rating. He arrived right on time but found the shut off valve was made by a company that has a significant backload on these parts so Eric left my house, drove 20 min to Home Depot, found a part for a boiler that fit and he replaced the part. "In April of 2022 we called Eric Figueroa to fix a slab leak -- which required abandoning the old supply line in the slab and running about 40 feet of new 3/4" pex overhead through the attic crawl space. This also meant installing a new pressure regulator. He had to open small sections of drywall in several places to complete the pex run. Because he did such a good job with this, we called him again this week to install a new dishwasher. Eric is very professional, and I know I can trust him to do another good job the next time we need a plumber."
